Jennifer Hayes
Director of Administration & Outreach
Jennifer Hayes, Director of Administration & Outreach for Business Leaders for Michigan, is responsible for managing events and special projects. Jennifer also conducts research for the organization and assists with policy and legislative efforts.
Prior to joining Business Leaders for Michigan, Jennifer served as a senior legislative analyst for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. She also served 7 years in the Michigan Legislature, holding various positions in the Michigan House and Senate related to policy and legislation; her last position was policy advisor with the Michigan House of Representatives’ Republican Policy Office. Jennifer received her Bachelors Degree from Michigan State University.
